Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. In some instances however, delays may occur.

We will do our utmost to contact you if there are any delays and we do ask that you please check the inbox of the email address supplied during your order regularly to ensure you receive and respond to any relevant communications we may send to you.

Carriers

Mondello Park will only ever send your order to you via our local shipping carrier, Án Post. During the checkout process, you will be responsible for choosing and paying for your preferred shipping method with Án Post, should multiple options be available.

Once a package has been handed over to Án Post and the order marked as fulfilled, Mondello Park can no longer be held accountable for the whereabouts of your order as it travels through the Án Post's postal network.

If you have any concerns about the whereabouts of your order, please do contact us, but also please be aware that we may simply need to refer you to Án Post's customer service department in order to have them help you in locating your package.

Order Tracking

Please note that it is the responsibility of our customers to ensure they choose the correct shipping method to satisfy their needs during the checkout process.

In the case of shipping methods not clearly denoted as having tracking provided, no tracking number/information will be available or supplied to you. As such, it is not possible for us to track the whereabouts of your order if sent via any such un-tracked shipping methods and if your order has been dispatched but it has not yet been received after a reasonable period of time, our only option may be to wait in order to see if the order is simply delayed in delivery or if it is being returned to us. If, however, you would prefer the security of being able to track your order's delivery status, please ensure you select a tracked shipping method during checkout, as only these methods include the ability to track your order's whereabouts.

If a tracking number is included with your chosen shipping method, we will update your order with the tracking information, which will then be emailed directly to the email address supplied during the checkout process.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the products being ordered and your shipping address location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and what option(s) are available to you, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you so decide.

Customs, Duties, Tariffs & Other Fees/Taxes

All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Co. Kildare in the Republic of Ireland, which is a country in the European Union (EU).

Where an order placed on our website is shipped to a country not in the EU, customs, duties, tariffs and other such import related fees or taxes may be placed on your package when it arrives in your home country. If any such fees are present on your order, you the customer will be solely liable for payment of any such costs. Mondello Park cannot be held responsible for these fees, nor do we attempt to calculate these fees on your behalf during checkout. 

Where an order that has had any of the aforementioned fees paid on it is returned to us, Mondello Park will not be able to refund any such fees to you. You will need to discuss this with your local tax office.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will contact you directly to discuss all possible options available to you. Typically, we can either ship you the part of your order that is in stock and then when the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order, or we can delay the shipping of your entire order until all products are back in stock. 

Incorrect Address Supplied

In the case that you have supplied us with an incorrect/undeliverable shipping address during the checkout process and your order is returned to us by the shipping carrier, we will contact you to confirm the correct address to send your package to before sending it to you again.

Please note that if you do supply an incorrect address and we are required to re-send a package to you, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs prior to the package being re-sent.
